Blade
For all the mxgender and transgender

blessing is for you.
For all those who go under the blade
Healing your life by cutting away
I offer you this blessing:
May your lungs be strong and clear
Breathing easily in, easily out
Carrying medicine to take you deep
Staying steady as you sleep
May your heart beat strong and clear
A steady, regular beat
Carrying your pulse through your body
May your blood move effortlessly
through your arteries and veins,
Slowing only where it is staunched

May the hills of your breasts
Flatten into the plains if your chest
May you be broad and joyful in your
smoothness
May you be molded as you wished
May you retain delightful sensitivity
